• Born to privilege. That's what you could say. Named for a Sultan and treated like a king from his birth. Suleiman Murad was born to a proud Irish Protestant and a strong willed Muslim Persian and he inherited both of their personalities, and a bit of his own after being spoiled relentlessly until his brother came along.

• When Moira O'Malley went home to Shiraz to meet her husband's family, she had no idea that the visit was supposed to be permanent. Her husband told her he wanted his first born to be born amongst his family, and she conceded. He wanted to wait until his son was old enough to remember his family, and she conceded. Their second son was born, and he, too, needed happy memories of Iran, Moira conceded. But eventually she wanted their children to know her family too. And Cyrus didn't compromise the way his wife had.
